NIKA - is an evolving algorithm based on D.I.S.C.'s theory of four personality types by psychologist William Marston, adapted to the recruiting criteria of Network Marketing.

D.I.S.C. (Dominance-Influence-Stability-Compliance) - classification of psychotypes: "domination", "influence", "stability", "system". This is a four-sectoral behavioral model that conventionally separates psychotypes into colors “red”, “blue”, “yellow” and “green” to study the behavior of people in their environment or in a certain situation.
